1) A bright opening.  Good phrasing and good ensemble.  Quite precise.  Basses untidy at figure 1.  A good attempt to play dynamic contrast.  Very good style of melody to figure 3 and again in cornets to figure 4.  Make more of accents after figure 4 and 2 bars before figure 5.  Rep/Flug notes un-tuneful in final chords.      2) Effective atmospheric opening but could be better balanced in mid ensemble.  The style of the soloist at 7 is convincing.  Trombones struggle before 8 however music flows well.  Good choice of dynamics and tempo before 10.  11 has a secure euph.  Troms un-tuneful before 12 and it is rather quiet for a mf.  Good sop sound.  Effective mutes at 13.  Rugged entry in troms before 14.  Slight loose in ensemble but has well controlled ending.  3) A rapid swift tempo it was but you cope with the speed well.  Untidy Ab before 17.  Would prefer a smoother melody from horns before 17.  Music flows well into 20.  Euph upper notes a sharp - a pity.  A convincing ending.  Much to commend just a few points where problems occured.
